All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-demand periods such as festive sales or product launches, order processing may take slightly longer, but we will notify you of any expected delays.
Shipping Time
- Domestic (India): Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- International: If international shipping is available, delivery can take between 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs processing and regional courier timelines.
Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and not guaranteed deadlines.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address, product weight, and total order value, and will be displayed during checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain delays may be beyond our control — such as extreme weather conditions, courier service disruptions, natural calamities, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such rare instances.
Delivery Attempts
Courier services usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If no one is available to receive the order, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
